waiting for aknowledgment from eu treaty

Hi, just wanted to ask that if there is any1 who havnt recived their aknowledgment and their orignal documents like passports etc from eu treaty rights. As i apply for eu5 form in nov and still waiting for my orignal documents or aknowledgemnt to ba back. Any reply will be high appreciated
