UK VISIT VISA REJECTED -- URGENT

Hello,

I am on Tier 2 general visa valid till 02/2018. My parents UK visit visa application got rejected saying below. Can you please suggest me what can I do to get visa for them? I am really worried as I need them to be here as am expecting our baby in may.

Mother -

You supply your Income Tax return for 2015/16 which is shows and income of xxxxx but your state bank of india statement shows xxx (less) and no evidance of salary credit. No other evidence of income or savings or property is provided that could assist me favourably assessing your application.

Your husband is an agriculturalist and in support of this provides a certificate from vasu (CA)stating the properties you hold. This document has no legal standing and you provide no actual or translated ownership papers,tax documents or sales receipts to establish any property ownership. His south indian bank statemet has a balance of xxxx and I am unable to establish his income and business from that document alone. On the limited personal information available to me I am not satisfied you meet the requirement of paragraph 4.2 (a-d) of the immigration rules.

Hello, Thank you so much for responding to me.

My mom gets her salary in hand not via bank. So we do not have anything to prove the credit of her salary.
She can get a letter from her society saying that this is the reason for not seeing the credit in bank statement.
What else can be submitted to prove the credit of her salary ? Please suggest.

She has tax receipts for the land she owns and fixed deposit receipts can be submitted. Also translated copy of owned land documents also can be submitted.

For property, you need to submit the title deeds and they must be translated if not in English.

Salary, not sure how you are going to get around this if the payslips don't match the bank statements.

Fixed deposits are not counted. Any funds they want to use as evidence for their trip MUST be liquid and immediately available.

Your father needs to provided a lot more evidence of his income/business, a bank statement is not sufficient.

You cannot appeal the rejection. You/parents will have to reapply and address ALL the points of refusal.

He is depending on my mom's income. He was a farmer and now he is not having any income. He is depending on my moms income.

Ok i had a similar situation and infact i applied for my mom to come over. She doesn't work so I supplied a sponsorship letter with my own bank statements and payslips. Can you not sponsor their visit ? I think if they are coming together, you will have to satisfy the ECO that they have ties to their home country so have reasons to return. In my case I explained that my younger sister and my father were in the home country so my mother would go back to them after the visit.
