So we finally got the good news today. I received my 5years approval letter. Just an update for all the people who are still waiting i got my approval letter 2weeks after temp stamp expired and they did not ask for anymore documents and my spouse is self employed.
Now moving on to the next step as i live in cavan isit possible to get GNIB from dublin or do i have to go local garda station? I will appreciate any help

Hi there, congrats, and no you cannot go any other garda station, only the one mentioned on your letter.

Good for you Danny65, Congrats. Still waiting here but want to ask what documents you submitted as per your spouse is self employed. My wife is also self employed and want to know the pros. Thank you

Receipt books for the business
Business registration
Tax registration certificate
Bank statements

They did not ask me for anymore documents but i kept sending them up to date statements and invoice books.

My monthly income was arround 900 and i did submit my tax return.
