referee

Post by easy » Wed Mar 09, 2016 9:27 am

Hi all,

I have booked an ncs appointment this week due to sudden notice by HO to increase in fees wef 18 March.

I could able to get my accountant signature however I need another signature which my friend could able to do it for me. Perhaps he became a bankrupt in last year. Will HO accept his signature.

Please can you advise ASAP.

Many thanks

A person who has been declared bankrupt would not be a good choice for a referee. Find another person.

Thanks

Is accountant signature fine for my child application as professional?

NCS officer has raised query as teacher health advisor, gp are normally considered as referee for child application.

We have moved into current place 2 years back hence our children are not known to above professionals for more than 3 years.

Please could you help.

Thanks

Accountant should be fine provided they have known the children. If HO aren't happy with the referee, they will ask you for another one.

NCS officer has advised that children referee don't have to known the children for any particular length of time as long as they work with the child - unlike in case of adults

Thanks

Or knows the child. Hardy likely an accountant works with your child.

Looks good, one thing to add though, is my NCS didn't use the payment form from the bottom of the fees leaflet, they had their own payment form which the adviser filled in with my card details for me.

Good luck :)

In which case she will be able to register as a British citizen, but this will be at the Home Secretary's discretion
