Apply Passport before Ceremony

Wondering if someone help me?
Can I apply for my new passport before attending the ceremony, which is after a month today.

No as you won't be entitled to a passport until you have become a British citizen when you attend your ceremony.

Until after your ceremony, whenever that is. Bear in mind that you will also be called for an interview before your passport is issued.
