March 2011-Jan 2014 working for employer
Jan2014 till present self employed .
Do you have Self ASsememt forms + tax calculation with evidence of tax payment for financial year ended April 2014 and April 2015. And then invoices from April 2015 till date of divorce? Do you also have evidence NI payments for these periods till divorce?jay.ho wrote:Dear all I am I am really confused and I really need your advise and help . I am too much worried about my application please help .
If you submit late tex return you need to pay penalties which she payed . But question is late rigester as a self employed and late payment of NI . Is that any issue or any problem in application or not ....
She is earning 7k in these year so it's free of tex but all the penalties and NI paid ...Casa wrote:Has all the tax been paid? You've failed to confirm this. Tax is separate to NI.
Casa wrote:You previously wrote 'late register for NI payment'. As your wife was required to register her self-employment within 3 months, this may cause a problem with confirmation of your ROR. NI = National Insurance. What about the self-assessment tax returns and tax due from 2014-2016?
