Tier 1 tax amendments deception

Tier 1 tax amendments deception

Have anyone on this forum got deception after tax amendments and after submitting SA302 with their file .
I have amended my records so I am really worried . Will be any problem after submitting my application even after updating all records. And I am attaching sa302 form with my application as well. Do I need to give a reason that why I have amended my previous tax records when I apply now. Please any help will be appreciated.

See case below where OP did not even make amendments but just filed SA's retrospectively and was denied on the basis of deception.
