ILR - any recent (Mar-2016) approval as LTD company director

Hi,

One of my friend is applying for ILR from Tier1 General category.

He is a Limited company director, what are all documents required for his ILR other the ones listed below:
1. Last 12 months payslip
2. SA302 for last 5 years till DEC-15
3. Dividend voucher for last 12 months
4. Letter from Accountant confirming Gross income of Dividend and Salary
5. Absence proof

is there any requirement to take last 5 years Corporation Tax, VAT, Invoice summary? or is it good to keep for last 1 or 2 years?

Kindly provide inputs.
