Regarding COS approval in the month of April 2016

Hello All,

I understand for restricted COS the backlog of every month is pushed to next month. Will the same thing happen to March 2016 Lot?

If not, will all the application till 5th of march will continue to get approval till the end of March?

Also as the immigration law changes/gets modified on 6th of every April, Will there be any halt on the allocation process in month of April or will immigration team continue to meet on 11th April and issue CoS as usual?
