IHS fees are an health surcharge which needs to be paid with any application made after 6th April 2015, you applied before that so you don't have to pay it, if I'm not wrong it's 28 days to travel after visa granted, please share your timeline, when and where was your court hearing, date you received appeal determination and when you received call letter to submit passport, I am currently awaiting call letter that's why asking

@sam123456

You would have paid it with your application then, £600 it's refunded back to you if your application is refused. Oh god took a long time to receive call letter. What date in Nov was your hearing? Did you receive decision in the new year after Christmas holidays?

@MGH

It was 2015. It was somewhere mid November. I didn't get any decision from embassy, the judge said they have made a mistake and should issue visa in court but got a letter from her 4 weeks after hearing.

What refund would that be? I appealed would they still give refund? Would it be automatically?

£600 refund when your original application was refused, before you appealed, I can't understand how you got court hearing so soon.

@sam123456

You said you applied for visa 2 years back, that's 2014, hence you didn't pay IHS fees, so it's no where near as quick as mine, if you applied in April 2015, there is no way you would be in the position you are now, you would still be awaiting a hearing date.

Read through sam123456 recent posts, they contain some pretty conflicting information, his timeline is unrealistic.

Did the judge give his decision in court? The judge normally reserves his decision

What does reserved decision mean?

He said appeal allowed and reconsiderstion. When i called the called the court today they said judge has reserved his decison, what does that mean im confused as he said yesterday appeal allowed with consideration.
