How long does it take for eeafp from pakistan

Hi guys

can any one tel me please that how long does it take to get eeafp from pakistan? is there any one who applied for eeafp from pakistan or some one knows any kind information will be realy help full.
Friend of mine she is from holland and just move to uk and she wanna apply eeafp for her husband who is in pakistan. (they got two kids)
we,ll be really appreciate if some one can help us out thanks.
