hey guys
i m new here pllssssssssssssssssssssss helppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
i m non eaa national n got married to eea nation n applied for eea resident got interview call went on interview n thr detained me coz they said some question was wrong then released me won my RC in appeal but unfortunately lost my passpoert containing my RC viggenett
i have been told by somebody that i have reapply for residence card but i m so scared pls contct me if someone is or been in same situation like me

Yeah true you need to reapply for RC with all supporting DOC

It's depend ....
On your supporting doc and nobody can give you the answer about this question that if they call you for interview or not .
But you have to reapply for RC with all supporting doc ..

Residence card not transferable . You need to make a new application ..

she is with me we r living together n i got her play slip n the court judgement was very strong n clear says that we are in genuine relationship coz jusdge took interview by her own i m just afraid that home office need a little clue or even they refuse without reason thats why i m worried
