Spouse Visa Refused | Payment Method Issue

I applied in 2014 before and got refused because my wife's last Company/Employer was deducting Tax but in reality he was not paying her tax.

I applied again on 13th May 2015, and again got refused again on 10th August 2015 with reason = Salary Payment Method.
Only Salary Slips it says: Payment Method = BACS but she was Receiving Checks with the same amount showed on her payslips.

I appealed with letter of Company that the Company is paying checks to everyone same as my wife. Also on every employee's payslips it is written BACS method and they are receiving checks.

now Court gave 3 Month's (till 21st January 2016) time to Embassy to Review.

My Question is..... How many chances do i have???

And it's mentioned on my payslip and bank statement
surely it's a simply...fix?

As many times as you choose to make but you will lose the fee each time if you do not meet the strict requirements.

We also attached letter from company saying that they are paying salary by cheque and Payment method was written by mistake on every employee's salary slip.

Also attached copies of cheques given by company to my wife.

No one has said that you have no chance. Fix the payslip issued, if that is the only reason for refusal, and reapply.

Sorry i was not clear, i wanted to ask no chance in my submitted appeal? Do i have to re-apply?

If you were given the right to appeal you can appeal. It can take a long time though and often it is quicker to reapply.

Thanks for your quick reply and i think you are right. But already spend like 2.5 months after appeal and on Jan. 21 2016 review time will be over.

can you please tell me how much time they will take after that? i mean in how much time they will give Oral Hearing date? i am hoping it will in Feb?

It depends how busy they are. You will need to be patient and wait.

i hope they give me time from their busy schedule. I think i am being patient while having my 15 months daughter away from me who i meat only once for 28 days .

Last time when i appealed they took 3 months review time and hearing date came after 1 month and it was after 6 Months. I hope they dont do that now.

I am dont know what date they will give coz they are taking too much time in even giving a date.

I WISH there was some exeption infront of cout for the cases/people who have little kids/kid.

Hai ,
Dont worry mine its 13 jan 2016 the deadline but still waiting yeah court is busy now
so we have wait still upto when we get the hearing date ..
Will get it in due course . pray to god soon will get it
