He said appeal allowed and reconsiderstion. When i called the called the court today they said judge has reserved his decison, what does that mean im confused as he said yesterday appeal allowed with consideration.
You should receive a determination from the judge in 2/3 weeks, it will contain full details and reasons for allowing the appeal, the home office will receive exactly the same determination, they then have 28 days to appeal against the FTT decision, if they do not appeal they will send letter to your VAC to issue call letter.

Salaam

How long does it usually take for a call letter once the appeal review is overturned?

I'm starting to get impatient now, I know I shouldn't.

It varies from case to case, sister maryam and my appeal was on the same day, she got a call letter 2 weeks after the appeal determination was received, I'm still waiting for a call letter, even though my wife received a call from Gerrys Islamabad over a week ago to tell her to wait for call letter to submit passport, still waiting. https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/, You could submit an enquiry via this link

Its not right something has to be done about this its getting beyond ridiculous having to wait so long even after they overturn a decision.

I completely agree with you, there have been protests and petitions I have personally signed addressing this issue, however there is no change. From my understanding it's just getting worse and worse, I read a news headline the other day talking about further delays for appeals and another on how the majority of visas are deliberately rejected to further delay anyone coming into UK! It truly is ridiculous.

@MGH

I just got a reply back from the email link you sent me, and they said that it can take up to 8 weeks for me to receive a call in letter to submit my passport!
4 weeks have already elapsed, let's see how much longer I have to wait.

Alright ok, keep the forum posted on your timeline, would be helpful for other forum users, good luck and I hope it's not too much longer, is your TB certificate still valid?

Yes I will keep everyone updated as to what's going on.
And no my husband's TB test is no longer valid, I still don't know whether to wait or do it now due to what my lawyer said. I'm gonna have to have him clarify me on that. But either way it won't take long to get it done

My solicitor advised us to get it done, he said if you have a valid certificate they probably won't ask for it but if you didn't have one they would insist on you getting it done, sounds about right to me. We got it done just to be on the safe side.

Ha ha ha, nice speech!! You will be very lucky if you get a court hearing before the end of 2016, seriously I think you should consider reapplying, using the priority service you could have a positive decision in a matter of weeks.

Yes true. But i already applied 2nd time and 1st time when i appealed they gave me hearing date after 6 months. Only thats why i appled again. And they again refused. I am afraid withdrawing might effect on my 3rd case. Also i am so...... About rejection on simple issue thats why wana go in court.

You do not have to withdraw the appeal to make a new application, best of luck, hope you get a hearing date sooner rather than later.

You need to declare all previous applications and reasons for refusal, that's all.

Always best to set up your own account in forums.

So you have submitted your passport, just awaiting visa stamp?

@sam123456

It's currently taking around 4 weeks for passport to be returned with visa stamp, it took rather a long time for you to receive call letter after your appeal was allowed?
