Re: Cohab documents for dependent

Post by qhussain » Wed Mar 16, 2016 10:56 pm

Hi All,

I think, this is the thread I was referring to:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefi ... 72298.html

"Proof of cohabitation ideally spread over the 2 years, either in joint names or in each name. One joint letter (or one letter in each name) over a 4 month period from 3 different sources spread over the 2 years is the minimum requirement"

But seems, it's for Tier 2 only, not for my Tier1 dependent.

Regards,
Hussain

Depenedent ILR

Post by qhussain » Sun Apr 17, 2016 3:50 pm

Hi All,

I got my Dependents ILR successful last week.

I applied for both my wife and daughter's ILR. I got mine ILR last year May and will be applying for BC with my daughter in June 2016.

My daughter(born in India) had Tier 1 dependent visa valid until October 2016 but as per advice from senior members, I did not skip my daughter's ILR.

Process is similar as shared by many other members, below are the documents, I submitted:

1) Wife + Mine: Bank statement & Pay Slip. (I am IT contractor, my wife is admin in my company)
2) Marriage Certificate.
3) Child Birth Certificate.
4) Cohab documents.

Regards,
Hussain
