Best case scenario will be if you hear something before your review deadline.

No its the review deadline.. After lodging an appeal yoy get given a deadline, and the review takes places in the time given before the deadline. Sometimes they go over the deadline etc but the hearing date is issued after the deadline.

My wife's payslips had payment method printed as BACS and she was getting checks. And company says we do the same with all employees.

2nd issue P60 shows less thrush hold because P60 was for 8 months as we also explained in application. But 12 months calculation shows good thrush hold. I thought we had to submit 6 Months case which can show 6 Month's P60.

I still don't actually understand what you mean by "people who had to receive hearing date till March"

Do you mean those who had a review date in march? Or those whos hearings dates were in march?

Unfortunately that's not enough to expedite your appeal. I understand as I have a 9 month old son away from his father too. We just have to be patient and Allah will bring us through In'sha'Allah

You shouldn't have submitted your p60 in this case.. its not a necessary document that you have to provide.. They do tend to miscalculate sometimes, but tbh it's best not to provide unless you know it covers the previous 12 months (although I know they should calculate 12 months when the p60 shows 6 months, but they love refusing on silly matters)

In our first application of 2013 her employer/company was not paying her taxes but was cutting her tax on payslips. Thats why they never gave her P60 and at that time embassy asked for P60 now we thought it was good idea to provide P60 with letter saying that it us of 8 months. :(

People who had to get hearing date in March 2016 will get their date in September 2016 now.

actually she was fine until she met me, after 14 months she came Pakistan and she was with me for 22 days. and as you know after 14 months a child starts to feel and give response. Now she is 18 Months old and gives full response to ever action. That is why she cries towards me on webcam and we have to close the chat and her Grandfather/Nana tries to change her mood (which is always very difficult). And i think your husband can understand the feeling... and InshaAllah Allah will bring us together...

We've got a very long wait ahead of us I guess.. They said it can take 12 months from the date you appealed just to get a court date.. yeah it is really hard, I took my son a few months ago to meet his dad, and when we came back my boy would cry so much when my husband would call.. its heart breaking surely. Allah tests those He loves the most. May Allah give us all sabar

As I wrote in my previous post my wife received a call 2 weeks ago asking her to wait for call letter to submit passport, I waited a few days then made an enquiry with UK VISAS, received an email today saying that they have checked with Islamabad VAC and the status of application is passport requested from applicant, awaiting passport. We received no request to submit passport, I have told my wife to print the email and make her way to the VAC to try and submit her passport, let's see what happens, she's on her way now to Islamabad.

My wife has been told by Islamabad VAC to wait for official call letter before submitting passport, disappointed.

There's been a reduction in court time and judges.. hence the late hearing dates. Just our luck eh!

Did you get your hours sorted out?

If you don't wanna wait any longer, the other option is to reapply.

Go see your wife as well.

Btw, fees have increased today.
