so peed off dont know what to do

as we all are... i can see that there are many people who are waiting for Hearing Date December. I dont know what is going on and why?

There's been a reduction in court time and judges.. hence the late hearing dates. Just our luck eh!

I dont think cases are seen in order from the time you apply. Some people have appealed around the same time as me and have receieved a later deadline. Some people have not had a hearing date given yet and some have. I think it depends on individual cases. From what i have read on this forum quite a few decisions have been overturned too.

You do not need a valid TB certificate until your appeal is allowed and you are requested to submit the passport for visa stamp.

Did anyone having review deadline in February had any news yet. My review deadline is 8th of Feb and nothing come through yet. My MP has written an email to them too and awaiting reply from them. If any of you people gets any update please keep us in loop too.

 Original Passport (s) valid up to 6 months.
 Valid TB Test Certificate .
Failure to provide any of the documentation listed may result in delay or reconsideration of the proposed amendment. This letter serves as confirmation that you are authorised to resubmit your passport to UKVI, British High Commission, Islamabad, via your original application point: UK Visa Application Centre. On arrival please submit one copy of this letter as authorisation whilst retaining one copy to provide on receipt of your returned document(s). On submission Visa Application Staff will advise on fee and acceptable methods of payment for this service. The UKVI, British High Commission, Islamabad, will email you when your amendment has been processed and returned to the VAC.

What do I do now? They haven't said anything about paying for IHS Surcharge, when do I pay that?

Yes it should be done on your side, there are members on the forum who have been waiting 6 weeks after submitting passport, so Allah knows best how long they going to take. You are lucky to have received call letter, my wife's appeal was allowed over 6 weeks ago, we are still waiting for call letter

W.salaam, if you read recent posts on the forum from members who have appealed the decision they have been waiting months and months for the decision to be reviewed, and over a year after to get a court hearing, if you can resolve all your refusal reasons it is definitely quicker and easier to reapply, you can now opt for a priority service at the cost of an additional £360, decisions are given in a matter of weeks

I have already posted my reason for refusal on page 58 of this thread, but to save you from going back to it, I have copied and pasted it below:

"My reason for refusal was soo stupid, I am currently and have been employed by 1 company since 2013 and I am earning £22,000 p.a. and I supplied my employment contract, a letter from my employer and 6 months of wage slips & bank statements and the reason they gave for refusal was that I work for 3 different employers and earning less than £18,600!!!
Upon consulting with my lawyer we came to the conclusion that my documents were misplaced with someone else's and they have refused on that basis.
Which is outrageous as we pay so much in fees for them to not mess up like this. I am paying for a stupid mistake that they made."

Yes it should be done on your side, there are members on the forum who have been waiting 6 weeks after submitting passport, so Allah knows best how long they going to take. You are lucky to have received call letter, my wife's appeal was allowed over 6 weeks ago, we are still waiting for call letter

I thought they should hand your visa stamped passport back to you within 2-4 weeks.
I hope you and all others seperated from their spouses hear your much awaited news very very soon In Sha Allah
