Urgent: Health Surcharge payment for dependant visa for son

Hi,

I am filing dependant/settlement visa for my son. I , my wife and elder son all have ILR. My wife delivered baby boy 2 months ago in India. I am filing visa from India for my younger son.
While paying Health Care surcharge it is asking to person who my son would be joining in UK. So it is me, But I have only ILR not uk citizenship. So should I add myself here?
(because in that section I do not find ILR option for my visa type)

Please somebody can answer my query quickly, please?

You don't need this person details if they are a UK or EEA citizen.
