Hi there,

UK NARIC is an abbreviation for UK National Academic Recognition and Information Centre.

It is a body that gives a UK accreditation to overseas certificates. It has nothing to do with an admission procedure to a school, college or university.

It is not directly correlated to immigration issues.

NARIC telephone number has been recently changed to 0870 9904088. It is not updated on their web site.

If you are calling from overseas you need to dial 0044 870 9904088.

Your call will be held in a queue. It may take you long to be answered. This may cost you a lot of money if you are calling from abroad.

UK NARIC is run by ECCTIS Ltd. The address is

UK NARIC
ECCTIS Ltd
Oriel House
Oriel Road
Cheltenham
Glos.
GL50 1XP
United Kingdom

If you would like to have your overseas certificate accredited:

1-You will need to send a translation copy of your certificate.
2-It MUST be stamped by the British consulate in your country.
3-A Cheque for £35.25 payable to ECCTIS Ltd.
4-A covering letter stating the reason of the accreditation.
5-A cheque covering overseas postage, if you are applying from abroad.

It is expected that UK immigration authorities would only read NARIC letters.

Good luck :)
