Help with FLR (M) documents cheklist pls, thanks

Hi all

We have an in-person appt this week for my wife to switch to flr (m) and I would really appreciate if you could help with some last minute checking and see if the documents listed are enough for her application.

Background:

• I have got my ILR through Long Residency in January 2016 (was on tier 2 general).
• I got married in September last year in the UK and my wife became my dependent from October onwards (switched from Tier 4 – general to Tier 2 General dependent).

• On page 21 of the application form, question 6.8 says;
Add all addresses you and your sponsor have lived at in the 2 years preceding this application if you have lived at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years. [Question: as we only started living together since we got married in September 2015, do we just put our current address here? or we have to put our previous addresses even though we didn’t live together?]


Documents providing with application:

1. A completed FLR (M) application form – Version 11/15 [Question: how comes the application form has not been changed after the fees increase in 18th of March?]

2. Payment sheet for this application
3. Payment confirmation of the NHS surcharge
4. Passport & Immigration documents for applicant and sponsor
• Passport size photos (2 of applicant and 1 of sponsor)
• Passports (2 of applicant and 2 of sponsor’s)
• Biometric cards (1 of applicant and 1 of sponsor)
5. English language test certificate
6. Documents to show meeting financial requirement (Category A - £30k p.a. salary)
• Payslips of sponsor x 24
• Bank statements of sponsor x 24
• P60s and Tax calculation letter since 2010
• Employment history letter from HMRC listing all employment since 2007
7. Relationship
• Marriage certificates (Islamic and Civil marriage certificate)
• Tenancy agreement in joint name
• Bank statement of joint account
• Electricity bills in joint name
• Water bills in joint name
• Bank statements - individual
• Medical letters – individual
• Mobile contract/ bill documents – individual
• Wedding, holiday photos/ video
