I applied on the 12th and HO received 13th.

If i were you , i would call them and explain to them what happened exactly , and ask them if its better for you to send the doc back or the decision has been taken and no need to send them back..just to feel you are in the safe side .

I called HO this morning they said like to wait for few days & check what the reply from come HO.

Am happy to inform you all that i received my biometric card today. You guys have no idea how happy I am today. GOSH all glory belongs to the Most High God. This website is one of the best because it really helps a lot. It took HO 4months and some days to issued it. I was shocked when a strange man with a letter stools infront of my door asking me for id before he Can give me the small envelope.. Lol strange but at last.. everyone can see me.smiling and happy again. Hope royal mail will bring the documents and passports this week with my eea partner permanent card as well. I applied with my eea partner on the same form as family member and I received my bio card first . Maybe that is coming through royal mail. Thank you all.

I received the COA on the 12th of november which made it one month after sending my application.

I received the COA on the 12th of november which made it one month after sending my application.

HO received my application in first week of October and still waiting......

What i beleive is that our caseworker on holiday for couple of weeks and and the first thing he ll do , that he ll feel sorry for us cos we waiting for long time and he ll send our pr right away ..

Am happy to inform you all that I received our documents back today which included my partner PR on a new blue card. our passports and other documents are intact. I think there is nothing missing but i will still check better. I noticed that they checked our p60s, my eea partner employment contract but they didn't touch the payslips, marriage certificate and the old blue card. Guy should remember that my eea studied for 3years in a law school while also working as a teacher as well with no CSI which was the onlything that scared me but to God be the Glory, We won and settled now. hahaha booking my ticket today ... we are gloing awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Goodluck to those that are still waiting. uh need another career as well.. need to buckle my belt again for the challenges. buuuuuut need holiday firstttttttttttttttt
