Direct family member of EU

Post by mnadeema » Mon Mar 14, 2016 12:18 am

Hi

I am living in Ireland since October 2015.

My father passed away in Pakistan last December 2015. I bring my mother to Ireland on visit visa few weeks ago.

Can I apply permanent residency for my mother in Ireland?

I am self employed here and has income coming from UK as well?

I was regularly sending money to my parents bank accounts in Pakistan.

Please advise

Thanks

Nadeem
