Medium of instruction - Urgent Help Required

Hi

I have applied for VTU official transcripts and received the same for my masters course - MCA.

I opened on of the copies which says that "Medium of instruction: English"

I have also taken up IELTS and have a band score of 7.5

Do I need a medium of instruction letter from my under graduate course ?

Is IELTS enough to substantiate language skills?

Please provide me with your valuable guidance.

IELTS 7.5 should be enough.

No need of letter from University. Do not stress your self by reproving your qualifications.
