T2 about licenses suspended

hi everyone hope all doing fine here's the situation of my friend..
what happened if tier 2 sponsored licenses suspended does comes with visa cancelled?
also someone is 25day away from his 10 years to apply for his ILR?
what is the best option for him?

If the ukvi suspends the licence, they normally request some information with regards to the allegations they make. You have to provide the requisite information within 28 days. Once they review your documents they then decide whether to reinstate or revoke the licence.

If the licence gets revoked, they send a 60 days curtailment letter to the employees so they can either switch their immigration category or find another sponsor.

With regards to the 25 days, he can make the FLRFP application just to buy sometime and then vary the Set LR application accordingly.

I have 2 option
1. Wait Upto qualified piriod. The licence is suspended not revoke. If licence will revoke and if HO will send a curtailment letter of 60 days u can apply within this 60 days
2. He can apply for ilr anytime from now

When To Apply
You should apply before the end of your permitted stay in the UK. There is a qualifying period to complete for a Long Residence application It runs either from - the date on which you entered the UK with a visa; or, if you did not enter the UK with such a visa, from - the date on which you were first granted permission to remain in the UK. If you entered the UK with a visa several weeks or more after the date from which it was valid for use, you may need to apply for an extension of stay to complete the relevant qualifying period. Please do not apply more than 28 days before completing the qualifying period.
