Hey guys... .. our eufam stamp 4 irish visa expires in august... we can only apply for citizenship after that... as we did not have temp stamsp in our passport prior to getting the 5 year visa... since 2010 my british husband's been working at the same company through an agency on anything from 2-6 week temp contracts every 3 months for the company's quarter ends.
the company recently decided to change agency's... and this quarter end he's only contracted for 2 weeks (4x12hour shifts for the first week and 6x12hour shifts for the last).... so my question is, would this be enough to satisfy eu treaty rights? we have p60's since 2010... i am so scared of this renewal process.... any advice please.
