Sorry to see your refusal. Please can you tell that how they knew that you worked full-time during 2008-2011. Did you provide them any payslip or you just written employment history that they traded out from hmrc??

Just wrote down employment history for last 10 years, and I asked hmrc today and they said they enquired to us a month ago and found out I paid so much tax and NI during that period that clearly shows I was doing full time job with 2 different employers.

Was you working for one employer or two employers at one time??

must be an exceptionally high PAYE/NI amount to flag up your case. HMRC dont store employment data for beyond 6 years.

sorry correction that was from psw to tier 1 general switch and appeal exaust from court and over stayed for more then 2 month then i applied on 10 year basis soon i completed 10 years in Uk.

regarding work they contacted hmrc and enquired about my selfemployement and employement and later they foun me breaches immigration law working more than allowed hours. hence its noted under good character that i breaches immigration law. No appeal write given just refusal after 4 months wait.
