Post by pshirdi » Wed Dec 19, 2007 9:02 am

Hi

Please review my application and provide me with your valuable guidance and comments this is very urgent.

Following are the documents which I am submitting for HSMP approval (in the same order):

1. Cover Letter and HSMP application form
2. Original Degree Certificate (Master's)
3. Original Mark list transcript. (Masters official transcripts in sealed cover, is this required ?)
4. Original IELTS score report.
5. 12 monthly pay slips with signature and stamp from employer.
6. Bank statement for the period claimed.
7. Saral form (Tax Paper) and copy of Form-16 (Assessment Year 2006-2007)
8. HR contact details of my employers.
9. Original Indian Driving license.
10. Affidavite of Name Diffirence
11. Company Appointment Letter and appraisal letters (present and previous)
12. Bacholers Degree Cert (required ??)
13. Bacholers Transcripts (required ??)
14. Copy of the technical papers published while working in the company (required ??)
15. Official ID Card Copy
16. Passport Zerox (Does this require to be notarized all pages?)
17. CV
18. Printouts from Job sites

I dont have the following:
NARIC Letter
Letter from employer detailing the annual salary.
Medium of Instruction certificate from University.
A paper workout of my salary details. (this is included in my Cover letter)
I am making use of one of the cover letters which i found in the forum. Is this fine?

Should I write a separate letter to them to request to arrange courier for me for sending back the applications?

Please suggest me the best order for organizing the documents? Should I use a file and organize the documents or send it directly through courier ?

Please review and provide me with your comments.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

I hope you would have listed the points claimed by you for HSMP in your cover letter. In each of the section, Please mentioned the relevant documents for each claim and enclose the documents in the same order.

Eg: (Note: This is just an example and I am not completing the total claim of points)

Age - 20 Points

1. Orginal Driving License

Employment and Salary - 30 Points

1. 12 months Payslips - Sealed and Signed by the Company
2. Original Employer Offer Letter
3. Orginal Hike Letter (if any)

And arrange the docs in the same order.

Thanks,
S

Hi,
I suggest you arrange the documents according to the sections (age, past earnings etc) and have a cover letter for each...

my two cents

Check these
Degree certificates and transcripts you can send.
IELTS score.score, date??
preferably get a letter from employer confirming salary for last 12 months.
Explain point 7 separately regrading taxes, if it is NOT covering entire period.
regarding HR contact details, dont forget to give landline numbers and also office timings and his availability with lunch breaks etc.
Notarization of passports.A notary verifies that he has personally examined this document which he verifies that it is genuine and then he signs and put a seal on it.He notarizes entire document.
