Spouse Visa Employment Duration.

Post by Brightsignal » Sat Mar 26, 2016 2:39 pm

Hello Everyone
I need advice regarding applying spouse visa. I was started permanent employment 28 September 2015 and received first payment/payslip on 11 October 2015. From Oct 15 to March 16 I have got 6 months’ payslips and on 28 March 2016 it will be 6 months with the same employer.
The question is shell I apply after 28 March 2016 or wait until 11 April 2016 when I will have 7 Payslips. I have already earned above the minimum requirement amount.
Thank you for your help.

You need to submit 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.

28th March should be fine provided you can submit 6 months payslips and bank statements.
