Urgent: Payment options for dependant visa application fee

I am filing dependant visa application for my son who is in India now. I have paid Health Surcharge 60 K INR already. Because of credit/debit card traction limit, not able to pay 119500 INR for application fee. Could somebody confirm if either of below option is available for me? Or is there any other option to pay?

1. Is there any facility at visa office to pay in cash. I found something related, pasted below. But could not find anything more about it.

Online Payment Assistance lets you pay for your visa by cash, by using VFS Global’ credit card to make the visa fee payment.
Applicable charges – 1004 INR per applicant-transaction.

2. Or Can I pay 119500 INR from my UK (Barclay) debit card?

Its urgent. I highly appreciate any help/advice.
