Which form for me and dependent

Post by rajeswaris » Mon Mar 28, 2016 11:41 am

Hi,

I was trying to book appointments for ILR for same day service at Croydon PEO but everytime I add me and my husband (SET O) the fees shows x 2 (individual applicant ) rather than main applicant + dependent fees.

https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y this is the link I am choosing. I
1. Is this the right link?
2. What forms should we select ? (SET O for both?)
3. Is the fees not main + dependent rather than 2 dependents?

Thank you.
Raj

It's difficult to determine which forms and fees are applicable without knowing your Immigration histories.

Raj,

For Tier 1 General to ILR, you will have to use Form Set (O) Version 03/2016.
You will need to fill in only 1 Form. You and your dependent will be included on the same form i.e. No separate form is needed for the dependent.

Cheers

Actually I selected Myself and my dependent. But I am confused with the fees. Is the fees for ILR (applicant + dependent ) is same as the two people applying seperately?
