Hey guys... so here's our timeline
Entry into Ireland from UK to Cork Airport: 01 August 2010 passport confiscated
Application refused: 04 April 2011 (we got our passports back before decision was made, they said we were not a real family.
Application review made: 20 April 2011 (got letter back, but it did not state to get stamps in passports)
Permission to remain letter from INNIS was received 17 August 2011, with first stamps put into passports.
Since 2010 husband's been working for an agency and only works casual, with short term contracts at a company every 3 months.... he works there for anything from 2-6 weeks, on 12hour shifts. We have p60's, letters from the agency and his direct supervisor when on short term contract... bill's in both names and have been living at the same address all this time.
We had a little boy on 3 Jan 2015, whom is Irish.... and 2 other boys (stepson's to eumember)... 1 in 3rd year degree course and the other one doing his leaving cert.
When can we apply for citizenship? or should we apply eu3 first? so confused with the whole process and procedures... we currently stand on 1685 days legally in Ireland... considering no stamps before August 2011
thank you so much
