ILR SUCCESS

Post by jayacpr » Tue Mar 29, 2016 9:45 am

hi everyone ,
i would thank everyone who helped me directly and indirectly .
i got my ILR approval on Thursday 24th , sorry posting it bit late.
The experience in croydon was wonderful feeling,

The first Query I had , and everyone had before i applied is OLD fees and new form , thats what i used and i have no issue.

i went to croydon at 7:30 am , as i have appointment at 9:00 am , i know its too early but was afraid of london
traffic .
i asked the security to get in as it was cold , first he said NO, as i am too early , but then later he asked me to come in at 8:00 am.
my case was registered at 8:11am , i was third person , been called to a counter took all the documents and placed in file.
been called for bio metrics at 8:23am , and been told to wait in cafe area.
At 9:02 am i got announcement to collect .

can t believe it took approx 45 min for whole process .

i have been told , coz of easter there were limited appointments that day .

DOcs i submitted :

1) SET O form(new form and old fees).
2)12 months payslip and bank statements .
3)2 photos
4)life in UK
5)degree certificate

i have took all other docs related to my previous application , but didnt ask anything.
and yes they are checking everything from there system , using NI number .

BE HONEST .

please do let me know if you have anyone has a query .
thank you

Jay, Thanks a lot for quick response.
Makes me feel a bit confident. I have 22 days personal leave for which I have not prepared anything. My all other leaves are certified by my employer.

Many congrats on your ILR.
Cheers

@jayacpr

I read your previous posts from last year regarding employment issue for 2010/2011 and that the company you had worked for had dissolved. My case is quite similar and hmrc have corrected my missing tax record for which I have an up to date employment history, p60 and p45.

From your post you confirmed that you carried all additional documents but they didn't ask for anything. Can you please share if your employment record for 2010/2011 was updated last year? As I have read somewhere that HO only have access to tax records up to jan 2015 so any updates after that might not appear on HO's hmrc records. Can you please advise?

Congrats! :D

Did you take your spouse's income proof or was your income proves only were sufficient enough?

Thanks,

Sorry, were you on dependent visa by any chance? It's just because my wife is using Set (O) and she is on dependent visa at the moment.

Many thanks in advance!
