Post by Brightsignal » Thu Mar 31, 2016 7:01 pm

Dear All,
I am renting two bed rooms flat and I have following documents with me.
-Tenancy Agreement
-Letter from Letting Agency my spouse can stay this property.
-Inventory Report
I am confused do I have to have ‘Housing Inspection Report’. Could someone clarify to me?
Thanks.

A housing inspection report isn't necessary when you are the sole occupants.

Hello Casa
Thank you for your quick reply. So the Inventory Report should be fine.
