Do I need EEA partner's passport or ID for my Set(LR)?

Post by Jay_jay886 » Fri Apr 01, 2016 1:54 am

I applied for Set(LR) after 10 years residence in the UK. Currently, I have a valid EEA2 Residence card till August 2017.

The document checklist for my application is as follows:
- All my passports
- Stamped joint bank statements (Jan 2012 till Feb 2016)
- Joint private medical insurance ( April 2014 till present)
- EEA partner P60 (2013, 2014, 2015)
- Life in the UK pass notification
- UK degree
- Letter from my employer
- Marriage certificate (plus translation)

I was wondering if I should have included my EEA partner ID or passport with my application bundle?

My EEA partner and I are currently not on good terms therefore I have no access to either her passport or ID. It may be a bit tricky getting her to co-operate. Also, we haven't started any divorce proceedings as at yet.

I will appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks

So you are no longer in a subsisting relationship? Has your partner notified HO of this?
