Finally I got good news today:)
I have received all documents back including PR card in same post.

My timeline:
Application sent : 26 October 2015
PR received 01 April but issued on 30 March.

If I were you I would contact SOLVIT (or if you are non-EU have your sponsor contact them) straight away and have them put pressure on your behalf. That was what we had to do with our 5 year RC (it took 7 months). Also depending on who your local MP is, you can e-mail them as well (we were lucky to have a sympathetic labour MP back then).

Just go to their website, they have all the info there: http://ec.europa.eu/solvit/index_en.htm
You can submit your problem to them and they will get in touch.

That's our timeline. Jointly application with my EEA national as main applicant.

-Application sent (special delivery): 30/09/2015
-Received by HO: 01/10/2015
-Application fee (credit card): 02/10/2015
-Confirmation email: 08/10/2015
-Biometric Letter: 10/10/2015 (dated 07/10/2015)
-Biometric Done: 12/10/2015
-Change address: 02/11/2015 (online form)
-COA: 14/01/2016 (dated 08/01/2016, after e-mail request sent on 05/01/2016)
-Docs: 28/01/2016 (passports requested back) - 01/02/2016 (cancelled passports back)
-PR: 23/03/2016 (dated 18/03/2016)
-Docs: 01/04/2016

Yeah, I received my PR card one week before our documents. And together with our docs came my EEA's DCPR that was dated same day as my PR card 18/03/2016.

Once again, thank you very much each of you that shared your experience and somehow helped a lot.

For those that are still waiting, just keep calm and believe in your creator, it will come!!! Good luck!!!

Now off to applying naturalisation, I think i am eligible as I qualified for PR in MARCH 2015 and sent documents for the same period too but didn't apply for the documents until later and from reading some of the threads, it seems like one can apply for naturalisation based on the PR qualifying date rather than one year after receiving the document. Might give home office a bell or go to NCS to confirm.

I have completed my 5 years residence last year in Feb and i just got my pr card this year in March . To my understanding i have to wait for 12 months then i can apply for British citizenship. Anyway if any of you could apply without waiting for 12 months please let us know
