Are you applying on the basis of the rules in place before 9th July 2012?
What is your full immigration history?

It should be fine.
You won't have to pay the new fee.

How much months worth of bank statements and payslips are sufficient
I have two years worth but I have a few weeks payslips misplaced which are from the start of the two years ,
Should I submit all payslips or just a certain amount as I'm worried peo might question the missing payslips
I also have a letter starting my employment commence date.
Please comment

6 months payslips should be sufficient, same for bank statements.
Bank statements can also be used to prove your 2 years cohabitation in addition to the other cohabitation documents.

I went to the bank and asked them to print me a few month bank statements
It includes name and address
Is that sufficient?

if the Bank statements printed by the bank on regular Bank stationery, that is acceptable.
Some Banks print them out on plain paper and they look like statements printed off internet. If that is the case then request the bank to stamp the printed statements.
Cheers

Well it is a Bank and they should give you the service you need.
Either they should print your statements on bank stationery or stamp them. they might charge you for it but I don't see why should they refuse.
by the way which bank are you banking with?

You write the details of the address where you both lived, as the question asks. It is not a trick question.

If that is the date that the applicant started living with the British spouse, then yes.

Also the question Have you ever lived with your partner within or outside the uk ?
I accidentally ticked no , I was not meant to fill that part in
Shall I just cross out my mistake ?
