Travel Experience before 3months Entrepreneur Visa Extension

Does anyone travel 3 months before applying for entrepreneur visa extension? I'm planning to travel Spain this month end and have to apply for visa extension in August this year.
Legally I find no concern but few friends advising not to travel before getting your visa extension.
Can some one share their experience??

You are free to travel and re-enter the UK as long as you have a valid reason on return. It has no effect on an extension application.

As long as you are returning to the UK while you still have a visa absolutely no problem. Many Entrepreneurs have international interests for their business.

I will add that in the extension application it is not asked about your travel (It is for ILR but that is to ascertain the 180 day/yr rule, not relevant to extension). In the year before my extension I guess I entered the UK 20 times.

I was not worried of 180days/year rule but as a precaution to avoid the immigration entry questions.however, I'm an entrepreneur and have valid visa plus exploring the opportunities in other countries too.

As long as you want however if you plan to apply for ILR, your absence cannot be more than 180 days per each year.

UK VISA does not restrict your movement, however anyone applying for ILR must be in the uk for at least 180 days in each year of stay.
