Eligibility for ILR (TIER 2 ROUTE)

Hi,
I need your help and advice please.
The first time i was granted leave as TIER 2 (from PSW to Tier 2)was from 27-09-2011 till 15-08-2013, second time it was from 22-08-2013 till 29-08-2016. I think there is almost a month’s difference whereas UKBA only allows difference of 28 days.
Could you please tell me if i am eligible for ILR or do i need to extend my VISA first?
If i am eligible what date should i apply it on?
I am really confused, will be very grateful if you can help.

Hi SSDAR

I am not an expert however its a 5 year route to ILR.

So from From and including: 29 November 2011 To , 29 November 2016 is 5 years

so you can apply 28 days before 29th November 2016 which is 1 November 2016.

You will need to apply for extension as i had the same issue with my Visa and had 20 days less, its better to be safe than sorry.

From the dates you mentioned it seems like you might need the extension for Tier2 one more time as you were unfortunate to miss ILR by a day with current Visa. (Your eligibility starts on 30/08/2016 where as you have Visa till 29/08/2016)
Not sure why your first Tier2 Visa is granted less than 2 years (only till 15/08/13 instead of 26/09/13) that deficit is actually not helping you.

That said I'm not immigration expert either, You may get a second opinion or if there is provision of applying after your current leave and within 28 days is allowed or not from immigration lawyer.
