Hi All,
I got my Tier 2 General Visa from reputed employer on 15th July 2015. My Salary is 31000. I am hired as an experienced hire. With the new constraint on salary requirement, I believe if my Salary is going to be 31000, at 2020(even after 5 years), I wont be eligible for ILR?
Has HMRC made a mandatory rule that with experienced hire, the minimum salary should be 35000 on tier 2 General? or So??
or is it only to assess eligibility for ILR?
Also, I believe my designation and my salary is low compared to my experience, can I do something about it??
My employer didn't give me higher salary but compensated by offering joining bonus. can that be considered by HMRC?
