Documents for child British pass

Hi

I got my ILR along with my wife in November -2015. Now I want to apply British passport for my 4 years old daughter. She got her registration certificate last week. I want to please confirm all the documents required for British passport application. She already has Indian passport & expired biometric card.
Please if any one can help regarding my application.
