Indian Marriage apostille stamp- for a schengen visa

Hi All,

I am a British Citizen, my wife is an Indian living with me in the UK with a BRP, we want to travel Greece, however my wife will require a Shenghen visa, because she has UK issued BRP.

Ive looked into getting a schengen visa, but it says our marriage certi needs to be apostilled, do you know how I can get this done in the UK without having to travel to India, any agency you can recommend?

Also what countries can me and my wife travel to in Europe, with just our passports and her BRP? no visas.

Marriage cert only has to be apostilled if she wants to apply without paying the visa fee. If she applies as just a regular tourist and pays the visa fee, it won't need to be done (I did this as couldn't apostille my marriage cert in the UK and could only do it from home country).

Does your wife have ILR or just a spouse visa?

thanks for the info, do you have any document that I could show the visa people, just incase they get cheeky with me lol

I would highly recommend that you apostille the marriage certificate, not only for this trip to Greece, but you will need it in the future.
