Time for FLR folks..
A quick question. My marriage certificate is attested by State Govt. in India, do I need to get it attested by Indian High Commission in UK or the Indian State Gov.t attestation is accepted by HO.

It should be fine. You don't have to attest it here.

I submitted marriage certificate for both HSMP and FLR without an attestation from Indian High Commission. My marriage certificate is also attested by a state govt in India.

No problems there
