ILR for Tier2 ICT

Hi All, I reached UK on 2nd Sep 2010 and left in 30th Aug 2012 under Tier2 ICT Established Staff, After 3 months cool off, I re-entered UK on 25th Jan 2013 under Tier2 ICT Longterm Migrant. I have visa still end of 2017.
I have completed more than 5 years in UK, am I eligible to Apply for ILR? Please guide?

Your current leave under Tier 2 ICT is not accumulating any time towards ILR.
