Losing court claim effect on ILR application

Hi All,

I just bought a car from private seller. The car has some engine issues which is going to cost me a lot. I am planning to take the person to court. I would like to know if there will be any effect on my ILR application if I lose the case in court. I am taking him to small claims court. Upto £500 may be.

I am currently on Tier-2 general visa.

No affect. It's not relevant to your ILR application.
