The absence split looks OK. However if you were on Tier 2 ICT am guessing you were working in the offshore parent company in the period you were absent from the UK making the UK not your primary home ?

Are you able to provide a letter of absence from your employer for the same ?

This appears OK to me since it is within the 180 days in amy given 12 month period.
Cheers,

thanks Relly,

yes,I was working for the same employer from offshore during my absences.I have payslips for that. Period.

also my employer has issued a letter for same stating due to business requirements they had requested me to work from offshore.letter also mention assignment start and end date.

Since I am planning to switch to tier 2 general shortly.I have got both soft copy and hard copies of letter of absences.

I hope this absence letter is enough before I leave current employer.remaining required letters will be issued on request by new employer.

Kindly suggest if any more letters required from current employer.
