Hi pilot

hi sanjeevansanjeevan.05 wrote:HI can anyone guide me how to calculate point, as I got no clue about it.
My employer got allocation in 2013 when they first sponsored me and then after that they never applied for allocation. on 5 march they applied for allocation and they got it approved in March only.
And then on 30 March they applied for another request for April but has not got anything back, they called home office and they said it might take a while as they have not used allocation for last month
Please someone guide me how to calculate points so that I can check with HR how many points they got

Thanks for your reply, my employer cleared residence labor market test in 2013 I am sure it will have no expiry date and during my first extension I was getting £24 K so according to that I should have 24 pointsa.mitra.6668 wrote:hi sanjeevansanjeevan.05 wrote:HI can anyone guide me how to calculate point, as I got no clue about it.

Follow the table given in this link to calculate the points
Did they mention your current salary in RLMT? The salary entered on CoS and RLMT should match.sanjeevan.05 wrote:Thanks for your reply, my employer cleared residence labor market test in 2013 I am sure it will have no expiry date and during my first extension I was getting £24 K so according to that I should have 24 pointsa.mitra.6668 wrote:hi sanjeevansanjeevan.05 wrote:HI can anyone guide me how to calculate point, as I got no clue about it.

When they request for allocation it did not ask for my current salary any where and if I calculate according to my current salary points should be 32
Can you please clarify will they consider 24 points as they are not aware of my current salary
Thanks
Cool...wonder why it's taking long time. Usually it only takes 1-2 days for most people to get their updates. Some have it delayed due to employer delayhussain1234 wrote:

Ruby read above
are you applying for new visa or extension?sanjeevan.05 wrote:I am not sure, last time when they cleared rlmt in 2013 I assume they mention my 24k salary in that
I dont think so they updated with new salary
I have asked HR to find RLMT but she could not find out? do you have any idea will that be online or on paper so that I can ask them to check if possible
Thanks

I am very new to this process as well but I think the salary you will be paid has to be the same mentioned in the RLMT and CoS. Otherwise they reject the application.
That is a unrestricted CoS and doesn't follow this cycle of monthly allocation. I suggest googling for unrestricted cos or creating another thread.sanjeevan.05 wrote:rubyracer2 wrote: Hi I am applying for extension for the same employer, I will ask them to update RLMT
Awesome! Did you get update from HR/Lawyer.I still havent got itpilot89 wrote:https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ponsorship
The April allocation meeting took place on 11 April. All valid applications received by 5 April were successful if they scored at least 21 points.
Congrats to all!
