applied for flr-m company revoked

Dear All

We applied for my partners FLR-M visa 3 weeks ago. My partner is on tier-2 visa. We've used partner's tier-2 employment to satisfy the financial requirement but we came to know that the tier-2 company licence was revoked last week. Will this impact the outcome of the application? Stressed a lot don't know what to hear from HO.

Yes I do business. My company accounts filed but not paid the Corporation tax and SA tax by the time when we applied for FLR m . So used my partners salary to satisfy the financial circumstances. Now I've paid all the taxes for the last year and I am clear now. I've got 24k as salary and 50k dividends.

I can able to sponsor now. But I have to pay again the application fee and IHS if it's get refused.

First we thought to go through the PEO but dropped as I can see the time line for FLR M is anyway quicker and we are not in plans of holidays or something. So thought to drop the application by post.

Please share your thoughts.

Hello everyone

We just received my wife's BRP card and all supporting documents by separate posts today. Thanks to everyone specially CROO1. Lots of relief. Thank god.
