need help to apply for skiiled migant

Dear All;
im planing to apply for skiiled migrant(175) online, i read that i need to scan and upload my paper once i finish filling the immigration application and i will turn 30 at 7/3/2008.
my question is is it possible to submitt my application and paper except the skills assessment coz it will take 3 month to finish and i will loose 5 point for age if i wait the rsult of skills assessment.
is it possible to upload it later or i need to wait ???
