Hello All,
My parents, bro and sis have been granted refugee status in Ireland last yr. can they apply for me as i am not a minor? i was in Uk on studies at that time. I have money receipt of last yr funds transferred to my a/c. is that sufficient?

please help and advise and share yr experiences if any.

It seems like they could apply for you under the dependent relative provision however it takes between 15-18 months to process.

4). The Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform also has discretion to grant permission for other dependent family members to be reunified with a Refugee (grandparent, parent, brother, sister, child, grandchild, ward or guardian of the Refugee). In all such cases, the person in respect of whom such permission is sought must show clear evidence of dependency.
