Can someone help me with tier 2 general dependent visa application from UK (currently on t2ict & switching to t2general dependents)

1/ application form:
Q: is this correct link: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/next
Q: what is the processing time roughly?

2/ pay IHS & Visa fees
Q: how much is visa fees (non priority)

3/ docs required:
Q: please help me with list of documents required?
Q: do we need to give original or xerox?

4/ proof of marriage:
-Marriage certificate
-Tenancy
-Photographs
-Emails
-If wife is expecting 2nd child is it worth mentioning as proof of marriage?

This is a proof of marriage.

-Tenancy

This is proof of accommodation.

-Photographs
-Emails

These are proofs of subsisting relationship.

-If wife is expecting 2nd child is it worth mentioning as proof of marriage?

This is proof of physical relationship at the time of conceiving. Nothing more! UKV&I won't be interested in such details.

Hi all, Respected gurus,
I have paid Visa fees (£644) and IHS (£600) but havent submitted the documents for Tier 2 General dependent application from within UK. Is it possible to get the refund of Visa fees or IHS?

Hi all, respected gurus,
I have applied tier2general dependent visa from UK (previously holding tier2ict)
I have made a 'standard' application which takes 8 weeks however due to some urgency now I want to fast track it to priority / premium appointment where result comes much faster. Is there a way to make additional payment & fast track it.

Hi all, Gurus,
I have received letter for biometric enrolment after I submitted biometric.

I received first letter dated 11-May-2016 requesting for Biometric enrolment with details as :
Applicant: Name Surname, City Typo, State, Country, Country, Date of Birth.

I called helpline 0300 123 2241 and requested to correct City Typo to City Correct.

I received second letter dated 16-May-2016 requesting for Biometric enrolment with details as :
Applicant: Name Surname, City Correct, State, Country, Country, Date of Birth.

After I received this letter I submitted my Biometric enrolment and paid £19.20 for the enrolment.

I received third letter dated 18-May-2016 requesting for Biometric enrolment with details as :
Applicant: Name Surname, City Correct, Country, Country, Date of Birth.

Difference in letter 2 on which biometric is submitted and letter 3 which is the latest is that there is no State mentioned in the 3rd letter.

So my concern is that I have received post requesting for Biometric after I have already submitted the Biometric and paid for the service. Do I have to do again and pay twice? Helpdesk are not able to help much on this..
